The Tipi Embassy presents an evening of warmth and barbecue – Bonfire Night

As the sun sets, join us around Lake Burley Griffin for shared BBQ plates, desserts, whisky tastings and Canberra region beers and wines. Live music will add to the relaxed evening vibe.

• Fresh South Coast oysters, Tiger prawns and Greek style marinated Octopus with traditional condiments
• Selection of artisan salumi, prosciutto, mortadella, served with cheeses, dips, crackers and fruits

• Cedar planked salmon with maple and ginger glaze
• Lebanese style grilled leg of lamb served with grilled vegetables, labneh and grilled pita bread
